We're looking for the first 50 local businesses to back the Foundation. Founding Supporters are named on this page for good.
How it works

Businesses chip in
£10 or £25 by Direct Debit. Cancel whenever you like, no minimum term.
Causes are nominated
Supporters and the public put forward local charities, groups and people in need. Supporters then get a say in a poll.
The pot goes out
The directors award grants of up to £5,000 under a published grants policy. We share every story here and on social.
What small amounts add up to

Your monthly amount is a voluntary donation to Yorvik Professionals Foundation CIC. You get our thanks, not goods, services or advertising. You can cancel at any time through your Direct Debit. We're a community interest company, not a registered charity, so donations don't qualify for Gift Aid or charitable tax relief.

Asset locked
As a CIC, our funds can only be used for the community. If we ever closed, anything left would go to Charlie.Dallas.Lancaster.Foundation (charity no. 1195207).
Unpaid directors
William Pepper, Oliver Newby and Lee Pallender give their time free. No salaries, no dividends.
Two to sign
Every grant is approved by two directors. Anyone with a connection to a cause sits out that decision.

We file accounts and a community interest report with Companies House, and publish every grant here.
